Your engineering inputs
Calculations and staging configuration run in your browser. SnubCalc's custom analytics events identify which control or feature you used. They do not contain pressures, depths, fluid densities, dimensions, tool positions, calculation results, names, comment text or other arbitrary text you enter.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 (property tag G-D4J7QY0Q2V) loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures page visits, section usage and completed actions. Google may process browser/device information and pseudonymous visitor identifiers and store analytics cookies. SnubCalc disables advertising storage, advertising personalization and Google signals in its tag configuration.
Choose Keep analytics off to use the site without loading this Google tag. You can change the choice using Analytics settings at the bottom of every page. Turning it off stops future tracking by this tag and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies for this site; it does not erase information already processed by Google. Blocking cookies, storage or analytics may prevent usage from being counted.
SnubCalc records your analytics choice in local browser storage. Initial analytics page metadata excludes URL query strings and fragments. For Google's handling of information, see Google's privacy policy and information from sites that use Google services.
Saved staging setups
Staging configuration is saved in this device's localStorage. Export and import use local JSON files containing your component configuration. SnubCalc does not upload those setup files. You control any copies you download or share. Clearing site data deletes the device-local save and analytics choice.
Public comments
Submitting a comment sends the name you choose and your comment to SnubCalc's Cloudflare-hosted comment store. Names, messages and posting times are public. A name is optional. Do not include personal contact information, confidential engineering information or private job details.
The server hashes the connecting IP address for short-lived posting limits and does not include it in public comments. The application removes expired rate-limit rows during later posts. Owner moderation can hide a comment from the public page; hidden records remain in the owner's store and backups unless separately removed through an administrative recovery process. Comment text is never sent by SnubCalc's custom analytics helper.
Hosting and operational diagnostics
Cloudflare serves and protects this website and may process request metadata, including IP addresses, security events and performance information. Cloudflare Web Analytics may also provide aggregate performance measurement independently of optional Google Analytics. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
The simulator can report three technical error codes to SnubCalc: WebGL unavailable, WebGL context lost, and model load failed. These reports contain only the code; the server adds the software release identifier. They do not contain engineering values, saved setups, comment text, stack traces or user identifiers. Cloudflare's underlying request logs are separate from this minimal application payload.
